LAS VEGAS (5/22/2023)– What started in 1983 as just a six-week engagement at the Imperial Palace, Legends in Concert became the longest-running show in Las Vegas history.  Come join the celebration of four decades of legendary entertainment with over 22,000 performances and counting for a once in a lifetime concert event.  100 percent live vocals in this tribute to the greatest women of music.  With music spanning more than four decades, these Divas will showcase the best of the best together all on one stage. 

 

The crowned winner of Jimmy Fallon’s Clash of the Cover Bands®, takes the stage as the beloved Dolly Parton working “9 to 5”, and known for some of the greatest songs of all-time.  A very special highlight will be a duet of “I Will Always Love You” with both Dolly & Whitney Houston for the first time on stage.  Whitney will be portrayed by Jazmine with a mesmerizing tribute to the voice of a generation with the vocal prowess and passion that is the “Greatest Love of All.”  With her distinctive contralto singing voice, Cher will be performed by Annika Starander Weaver and will “Turn Back Time” as fans celebrate together the music of this timeless diva.  Lady Gaga will also join the cast with Tierney Allen embodying all that is Mother Monster and performing a duet never seen before with the one and only Cher. These Divas are sure to captivate you with their live vocals and stunning performances. Taking this show to the highest Diva Level will be Las Vegas’ most famous Diva, Frank Marino, who makes his return as Celebrity Host with his portrayal of Joan Rivers, the pioneer of women in comedy.

Legends in Concert performs this very special engagement for only 11 must-see shows beginning Monday, June 26 through Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Orleans Showroom. LEGENDS IN CONCERT ANNOUNCES SPECIAL ONE WEEK ENGAGEMENT IN MYRTLE BEACH, DIRECT FROM LAS VEGAS, FEBRUARY 14-19, 2023

MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA (12/15/2022) – Legends in Concert is ready to kick off the 2023 season with jumpsuits, black leather, swiveling hips and leg-shaking, presenting a first-ever Elvis themed production, Back in the Building, at the Legends in Concert Theater. The all-new show highlights the music of Elvis Presley as seen through the eyes of super-fans that became renowned tribute artists. The show will feature not only several of the world’s greatest tribute artists, but a live band, magnificent costumes, and much more.  

Fans will celebrate extraordinary Elvis hits performed by Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest champions, as named by Elvis Presley Enterprises, including 2014 champion Jay Dupuis, and 2019 champion Taylor Rodriguez.  Those winners will be joined by a third Elvis, Daniel Durston, an Equity Actor-Musician who starred in the Broadway national tour of Million Dollar Quartet, and the national tour of Memphis the Musical.  Carol Maccri Gossamer will also be featured in the Elvis movie years, performing her legendary tribute to Ann-Margret.

Legends in Concert presents Back in the Building February 14 – 19, 2023, with shows nightly at           7:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, and 2:00 p.m. matinee performances on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.  Tickets start at $39.95 (excluding tax and fees). Carol Maccri Gossamer will be featured, paying her legendary tribute to Ann-Margret, while Kate Steele debuts Nov 5. Daniel Durston will rotate into the cast Nov 25 – Dec 30. While Justin Shandor, 2010 Champion, will perform select dates Nov 26, 30. Dec 1,2,17,18. Please note the show will be dark Tuesdays and December 19 – 25, 2022.
