Camille Langford is a native of Arkansas, where she grew up singing in church and in her community (and got her BS degree in mathematics). However, she has been in Branson since 1992. She came to town with her sisters to perform, as the Davis Sisters, with Johnny Cash. They also performed with Jim Stafford, Barbara Fairchild, the Early Bird Breakfast Show, and the Brumley Music show.
Camille has been performing in Branson as a single act since 1995. In that time, she has performed on the Showboat Branson Belle, at Silver Dollar City, with Larry Musgrave, Celebrate America, Cracklin’ Rose, the Brumley Music Show, as “Prudie Cupp” in “Pump Boys and Dinettes,” in addition to several others. Then, in 2001, she performed as “Patsy Cline” in “A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline,” a tribute to, and the story of, Patsy Cline. Since then, she has performed many times as Patsy, including several runs with “Legends in Concert.”
Camille is married to Robert Langford, who is a wonderful man and fabulous artist, as well as being a retired high school art teacher who now devotes all his time to commissioned fine artwork throughout the region. They have 3 wonderful children (who are no longer children), Elijah, Silas, and Sadie Rose. They make their home in Branson, Missouri.
