Meet James Poindexter – Band Director / Drums

A native to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, James’ career spans over 10+ years, including traveling the east coast and opening for artists and bands such as John Michael Montgomery, Parmalee, Clay Walker, Sammy Kershaw and performing in the house band at The Bowery in Myrtle Beach, made famous by the legendary country music group “Alabama”. James is thrilled to be back for his sixth season at Legends in Concert!
