Carmen has been performing as Mr. Belushi in “The Blues Brothers™” Act for more than 30 years; for 10 of those years he has been a staple in the award winning show “Legends in Concert” in Las Vegas. Considered to be one of the most popular acts to have ever graced the stage of this highly successful show,  Carmen’s popularity is not limited to just Las Vegas. He has showcased his talents across the United States and all over the world taking him to many countries including Russia, Japan, Canada, Finland, Mexico, Thailand, and Germany. For twenty-five years Russ has be wowing audiences with his tributes of everyone from Ray Charles to Dean Martin. Throughout his many years as a performer, Russ has found the perfect blend of wit, wisdom and humor. Portraying Elwood is an exciting challenge for Russ. Having mastered the guitar, piano, bass, ukulele, saxophone and blues harmonica, there isn’t a musical instrument he hasn’t been able to play with confidence. His attention to detail is evident in every move he makes and Legends’ audiences have fallen in love with him.
