Clint Nievar as Jake Blues
Clint Nievar starts a new chapter in his entertainment career as he takes the role of Jake Blues head on with all the fierceness and intensity of the original man himself.
Clint is a 17 year veteran of the business with formal training in singing, acting, and dancing. Hailing from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he took ballet, tap, and jazz lessons since the age of 14 and moving to the Branson area straight out of high-school in 2001. He has graced the stage of many legendary shows in town including The WELK Show and Stuck on the 70’s show. Later in his career Clint was hired at Silver Dollar City where he worked for 12 years in productions such as A Dickens Christmas Carol, Echo Hollow, The Silver Dollar Saloon, and finished his run with the company with Its a Wonderful Life.
Clint has also worked alongside Debbie Boone, Jerry Van Dike, Ed McMann and even had the chance to be side kick comedian to the one and only Yakov Smirnoff for whom he wrote comedy for over two years.
There is no other role that Clint would rather do than the role of Joliet Jake Blues at Legends in Concert.
Danny Zeligman as Elwood Blues
Danny Zeligman hails from Lancaster, California. He has been a part of the professional entertainment scene around the USA since the age of sixteen. Danny has performed all over the country including, Nevada, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, and now, Branson, MO.
Previous performing credits include impersonating The Blues Brothers™ on many different stages, such as The Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV, in Hail, Hail Rock n Roll and The Edgewater Hotel and Casino in Rock n’ Roll Legends. Danny has also impersonated Don Everly of The Everly Brothers in Rock n’ Roll Riot in Mackinaw, MI.
Danny has made a name for himself as a musician playing lead and rhythm guitar. Previous music credits include lead/rhythm guitar and vocals for Rock n’ Roll Riot, lead guitar for the 70’s Music Celebration starring Barry Williams, lead guitar for Elvis Lives Tour in Branson, MO, lead guitar for Joseph Hall’s Rock and Remember, and lead guitar for Tony Roi’s Elvis Experience.
In 2008, alongside his brother Dean Z, Danny played lead guitar on The Sun Sessions, a CD album collaboration filmed and recorded at the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis, Tennessee. Danny was also featured playing lead guitar on the MTV show, Viva La Bam.
Other projects include playing lead guitar for Branson’s hottest Rockabilly band, The Gimps, and for 90s cover band, The Kraken.
After working as a sub guitarist and a spotlight operator for Legends in Concert, Branson, Danny is thrilled to be on the Legends in Concert, Branson stage, paying tribute to one of the Brothers of Blues, Elwood Blues.
