LEGENDS IN CONCERT THEATER IN BRANSON RENAMED TO PEPSI LEGENDS THEATER
Branson, MO – February 8, 2024 – Legends in Concert, known as the world’s greatest live tribute show, has entered a new sponsorship with PepsiCo, resulting in a name change for its Branson venue. The newly christened Pepsi Legends Theater, formerly Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theater, stands prominently on the world-famous 76 Strip.
A Strategic Evolution in a Longstanding Partnership
Legends in Concert and PepsiCo have enjoyed a relationship spanning over 25 years. Thus, formalizing this collaboration through a naming rights agreement was a natural progression.
“We’ve partnered with Pepsi for decades, providing beverages to our guests,” said Jeannie Horton, Vice President and General Manager of Legends in Concert Branson. “So this sponsorship is a perfect fit. We’re thrilled to welcome fans to the newly named Pepsi Legends Theater as we kick off our 2024 season.”
New Name, Same World-Class Experience
As part of the partnership, guests can expect Pepsi branding both inside and outside the venue. In addition, the theater will feature displays of Pepsi memorabilia, showcasing the brand’s long history in music and entertainment. Pepsi and Legends will also collaborate on co-branded promotions, ticket giveaways, and interactive campaigns.
Furthermore, this partnership reinforces both brands’ commitment to delivering unforgettable entertainment experiences.
Grand Rebranding Celebration – February 15, 2024
To celebrate the renaming, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, February 15 at 6:30 p.m., followed by a special performance. Attendees will enjoy:
-
A complimentary PepsiCo beverage
-
A Hurts Doughnut (while supplies last)
-
Free face painting from FACE FX
This event marks the public launch of Pepsi’s increased presence at the venue.
PepsiCo: A Natural Fit for Music & Pop Culture
Amanda Simic, Director of Foodservice, Central Division at PepsiCo, added:
“We’re excited to deepen our connection with Legends in Concert. Pepsi has long been part of music and culture. Therefore, this partnership is a perfect match.”
